Meet our team

Laura Jaskiewicz

Founder

Laura is a wife, mother, and step-grandmother (of seven!)  With a robust theological background, Laura has continued to grow spiritually through her time as a teacher and foster parent.  She's passionate about mental health and Christian maturity.

 

In 2025, God moved Laura to start Coffee and Christ as a women's ministry locally and nationally.

Tracy Dillon

Co-host

 

Tracy is the high-energy mother of two daughters and co-owner of a business with her husband.  She has 11 years of experience teaching and is excited to help women meet Jesus at whatever stage of life they are in.
